The golf tee design comes from within the aeronautical industry, as a tee is a platform to launch a golf ball. The X shape with its upward funnels decrease the resistance on impact with the golf club and channel the air upwards under the ball assisting with lift to create a clean strike.

In independent testing the XT-1 resulted in over 10 yards extra distance with greater accuracy when compared to traditional wooden tees.

The golf tee is made from truly biodegradable material that conforms to ASTM 6400 so you are playing your part in creating a cleaner environment as well as reducing the need to cut down precious trees and reducing the carbon footprint.

The golf tee will not chip mowing machine blades and when ground up by the blades the biodegradation process will be speeded up. This reduces expenditure on servicing mowers and means less time out of action.

The golf tee can be used for divot repair, as it will secure the divot from wind, rain washout and birds lifting it out.
