We are seeking experienced golf industry professionals to be a part of our sales team.

The Company: The Precision Glove Co. offers the only customized glove solution engineered to fit the precise dimensions of a golfer's hand. Where traditional gloves are sized for the masses, our 3D Immersion Simulator Hand Scanner captures 45 geometric data points from the surface area of an individual's hand, including measurements of the palm and fingers length, width, and girth to construct three-dimensional digital model. Custom glove color and monogram options are then selected by the customer, and together the measurement data is uploaded to our factory servers and converted to a glove pattern. Automated Laser Cutting Systems cut premium Pittards lambskin to the tailored measurements obtained from the hand scan. The glove is then individually sewn and finished using the highest quality processing, and shipped to customer within 3-4 weeks of order placement. Subsequent custom made gloves are purchased via subscription or individually with a unique serial number identifier to the same specification as the original order.

With our custom tailored glove, the golfer can expect a significant improvement in club grip, strength, and comfort over conventionally sized gloves. The Precision Glove transforms the club into a natural extension of the hand and eliminates twist and slip, swing after swing. In addition, Precision Glove's enahnced hand-to-grip sensitivity intuitively relaxes the "death grip" and with second-skin custom molded construction, the player can finally focus on his/her game rather than the constant need for adjustment.

Our glove is made of Pittards leathers of England, the finest lambskin in the world. The Pittards skin is the thinnest and lightest leather available, giving the custom fitment a true second-skin molded feel without compromising performance. Pittard's WRX100 is 2x longer lasting, more breathable and water resistant than ordinary Cabretta leather. It's patented WRX-100 tannery process provides the greatest strength, durability, ultimate softness and comfort, and rapid recovery to "as new" condition round after round. The combined advantage of Pittards exceptional leather and Precisions custom fitment gives the occasional or serious golfer a proven winning edge.

The sales cycle of our product is unique and exponentially profitable by generating income for our sales reps at a rate of 7% of sales from each custom glove sold - and residual income of 7% of sales from glove re-orders for the life of the customer. To summarize, income begins with $200 commission from the lease of our patented 3D Immersion Hand Scanner to the retail store/stores. Then, the retailer scans customer's hand for the initial sale of our $29.95 Exact-Fit custom-made glove - of which 7% goes to the sales rep. Once the customer scan is in our company database, re-orders are perpetual and self-generated by the customer via telephone or internet sales - of which 7% once again goes to the sales rep, for the life of the customer.
The Process:
During our soft launch at retail, each scanner was generating between 1-3 scans per day. Assuming a conservative estimate of one scan per day, each scanner will generate 365 new scans per year. With the average play of our glove at six months (2x longer life than standard Cabretta leather), customers are ordering two gloves per year. So in the first year, 365 new scans equals 730 gloves sold during the first year - in the second year, 365 scans from the first year plus 365 new scans from the second year equals 1460 gloves sold during the second year - in the third year, 365 scans from the first year plus 365 scans from the second year plus 365 new scans from the third year equals 4380 gloves sold during the third year……. and so on.
So not only is the sales cycle of one scanner exponentially profitable for the sales rep at $2 commission per glove sold, it provides the retailer with income of 25% on the initial glove sale, 17% on passive re-order glove sales for the life of the customer, with a key benefit of zero inventory carrying cost, no close-outs or pilferage.
In addition, all sales reps can operate as a retailer and earn BOTH sales commission and full retail margin, or over 4X the commission rate alone!
